Changed your mind? You can cancel within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full, as long as none of the balance has been spent. Once any part of it has been used the card can no longer be refunded. None of this affects your legal rights if a card is faulty or never reaches you.

Treat the code like cash. If you lose it, contact us and we can send it again to the email address that bought it — but we cannot replace a balance somebody else has already spent.

Cannot be exchanged for cash. No change is given: any balance left stays on the card until it expires.
